We start with a full-body evaluation to identify your unique strengths, imbalances, and movement patterns. You'll gain insight into how your posture, mobility, and strength are currently impacting your running form—both positively and negatively.

🏃‍♂️ Full Gait Analysis

Using video and biomechanical review, we’ll break down your running gait in detail. Expect insights into stride length, cadence, foot strike, hip alignment, arm swing, and more. You’ll see exactly what’s working—and what needs attention.

📋 Personalized Running Form Plan

Based on your assessments, you'll receive a tailored improvement plan that includes:

  • Pre-run drills to target specific inefficiencies

  • Running drills to reinforce efficient patterns

  • Strength and mobility exercises to target weak links

  • Cueing strategies to help you rewire movement habits

Each week, you'll build toward better mechanics—step by step.

💬 Ongoing Coach Support

Have questions or need guidance during the program? You’ll have direct access to your coach via text or email throughout the program. I’m here to keep you on track and confident every mile.

🔁 Final Gait Reassessment

At the end of the program, we’ll reevaluate your gait to measure improvements and progress. You’ll see how far you’ve come—and where to focus next to keep the momentum going.

Who This Program Is For

Your 5 -Week Custom Program

First day - We will meet in person and do a runner readiness evaluation and record your running gait.

Week 1 - About a week later, we will meet again in person to go over the results of your evaluation. You will receive your full analysis, and we will talk about the things you do well already, as well as the biggest areas for improvement. We will go over your custom program of pre-run drills and running form drills, and I will give you suggestions for strength training exercises targeted at improving your personal running form. You will put your customized program into action and begin to reap the benefits of enhanced performance.

Week 2- At the end of the first week, we will have a virtual meeting to talk about your progress and answer any questions. You will start to feel more comfortable with the program and continue to make improvements.

Week 3- By the end of the second week, your new form will start to feel natural to you and you will feel more confident in your imporved form. Like always, your coach is available via text messaging or email for any questions.

Week 4 -By now you’ve had three weeks to work on your customized program, making your improved form feel like your new normal. At this time we will meet again and we will re-record your running gait to measure improvements and progress. We will also adress any remaining questions.

Week 5- About a week later we will meet virtually again to go over your re-evaluation.. You will see how far you’ve come, and where to focus next to keep the momentum going!
